By purchasing goods or services from Shimur Publications for the Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning 2024 event, customers are considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, including dates and venues, without prior notice. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to event postponement, modification, or cancellation beyond their control, such as natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, terrorism, strikes, or acts of war. Registrations remain valid for rescheduled dates or subsequent editions of the conference if postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Changes in circumstances can occur. Before the event, you may nominate a substitute delegate in writing at no additional cost. Cancellations made on or before four months prior to the conference date will receive a full refund, minus a $100 service fee. No refunds will be issued after this period. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Payments:

Full payment is required upon registration. Upon receipt of registration, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent. Payment for invoices must be settled in full within 7 days of the invoice date or at least 10 business days before the conference begins, whichever comes first.

Registration Credit Card Payments:

We do not collect or store credit card information. During registration, you will be directed to use the credit card payment facilities provided by PayPal.

Accommodation Policy:

Accommodation can be booked through the link provided on the conference website.
